Frequently Asked Questions
Because each project is unique in its scope and the cost of various materials and products can vary differently, we will try to collect as much information as possible from our clients so that we can provide a more detailed estimate.
The duration of the project will vary depending on the selection of materials & product, the scope of the project, and the size of the kitchen or bathroom.
A typical bathroom may take up to 3 – 5 weeks from start to finish. A typical kitchen could take 4-5 weeks to complete, once the cabinets are on hand for installation.
We offer a “one-stop ” approach which is the “Design – Build” process. A draft 3D concept design will be provided to you for your renovation projects such as bathroom and kitchen (non-consent projects),
If your renovation project needs to apply for building consent, we work closely with our architect, engineers, and Auckland Council to prepare your initial first draft designs, including existing & proposed floor plans, elevations, and structural plans.
YES! All our plumbers, electricians and builders are registered and licensed tradesmen. You will also be provided with all the relevant legal documentation such as electrical, plumbing and carpentry Certificate of Compliance or Producer Statements.

A large part of our business is based on referrals from our clients. It is extremely important to us that we live up to our promises and to have you take care of it even when the project is completed.

You will receive a payment schedule that clearly outlines the installments you will need to pay and at which stage. Different payment schedules may apply depending on the complexity of the projects.
A typical bathroom renovation may be paid for in three installments.
First installment: A deposit (calculated according to your overall project value) is required to be paid once the Construction Contract of Quotation Acceptance is signed to secure the time schedule.
Second installment: before we lay the tiles.
Final installment: occurs when the renovation is completed, and you are satisfied with everything.
